Kodexa AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service level agreements (SLAs) and support terms are defined in your specific service agreement. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support as outlined in their contracts.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
